Games

We aim to deliver your games at your convenience , or the previous evening during the week.

Collection is either between 6 and 7 at weekend (subject to request)or that evening during the week, if you want the games for an extra day midweek a further £5 each is payable.

Please keep the games in good condtion and use as laid out in the hire book. If we need to replace or repair, you will be charged our costs.

Chocolate and cocktail fountains

The fountains are hired out for the duration of your party, delivery and collection times to be agreed. For the 19" chocolate fountain a £50 refundable deposit is required to secure the equipment and date. This is payable on receipt of our booking form in the post. Similarly, a £25 deposit secures the small 16" fountain.

Cancellation

If you have to cancel more than a week before your function date, we will return your deposit Cheque uncashed.

If you have to cancel within a week of your function date, we will deduct and expenses incurred in preparing your fountain to date and return the remainder.

Cancellation on the day will result in the retention of your deposit. This will also occur if the location that you have chosen is unsuitable (outdoors, for example) and it is not possible to resolve the problem.
